Sorry I hit enter before I finished my post, I am fairly new to the group.
Several of us have customized our toolbars. When we are presenting on a
different computer in a conference room we would like our own personalised
version to appear. Is this possible? I searched the other post of toolbars
and did not see anything on this. Thanks

Beginning with Excel 97 menus and toolbars are essentially the same
thing. So you could probably use John Walkenbach's Menu Maker
for toolbars.
Before trying anything, I would suggest backing up your toolbars
www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/backup.htm
and see toolbars page, particularly the emergency section to
recover toolbars -- as long as you have not closed Excel

How about simply go to View|toolbars|customize, select the Toolbar tab
and then use the Attach option to save the toolbars to whatever
workbook you are using for the presentation?
