I am seeking an Excel template that will allow me to enter data on monthly
construction progress (measured in value of completed work) as compared to a
quot;standardquot; construction progress quot;Squot; curve and actual dollar value of work
completed.
Dear Tom:
Your request for a template is so specific that the only person who may be
able to help you is you.
Try a different approach.
You're asking for help developing a professional looking chart that will
show progress in three areas or series. Once your data is inputted into
Excel the chart wizard should guide you through the steps to getting the
chart your looking for. If it doesn't look right or work right then you can
post a question for more specific help.
You know the data and what you want better than anyone else. Why not create
your own template? Start by inputting your data. Make another post where
you ask for help charting it and let people know you're willing to email them
the file.
You'll be better off in the long run if you take the time now to learn how
to create a good looking chart. These forums are the best place to learn and
I'm certainly willing to help. Send me the data and I'll take a look.
