I am using the quot;name boxquot; as an index for people's payment records. So all I
have to do is click on the name box and it brings up a list of all the
payment records I have on the worksheet in alphabetical order. The list uses
their addresses. The thing is, I can't change an address's name once I have
put it in the name box. Does anyone know how to make changes to material you
have entered in the quot;name boxquot; of an excel worksheet? Having all the
addresses in the name box helps me to move around the worksheet much faster
than before when I didn't know how to use the quot;name boxquot;. Please help if you
can. Thanks.
Insertgt;Namegt;Define
Find the name you want to edit in the Names In Workbook list.
Note:
There is no editing a name (refers to:yes, the actual name:no)
So, first you'll create the correct name and then delete the erroneous one.
Does that help?
