ok, in a bit of a quandry..I'll be ordering a couple of duncans for my EBMM axis soon...this is what I want, a TB-4 in the bridge and a Jazz SH-2 in the neck..

Just a question to those who own or have tried the SU pickup booster. When using single coils, how well does the resonant switch give it a humbucking tone?

I keep on hearing about it but is it true. Is there really a reurn policy on already installed pups?

Have you guys heard any good things about this amp? There's one for sale in my area for $125. The Fender Bassman 10 is a 4x10 combo amp made from 1972-1980? with 50 watts and all tube it sounds like deal. Though I'm just curious if it makes sense as I already have a fender hot rod deville. Maybe it'd make a good bass amp? Thanks guys.

can any body give me any step by steps on how to go about doing this: I want to install an on/off switch into the neck pick up without affecting or replacing the pick up selector. Its a HH configued Jagmaster( dont laugh, i love cheap guitars) Or could i simply istall it in the input jack and ahve on/off comtoll over the whole guitar? if i did that would i just put the switch in the wire that goes from the input jack to the volume control and ground the switch? any help would be much appreciated.

anyone know of any benefits? they just seem like over-priced pieces of plastic to me, but what do I know?

I just got back from guitar center to try out some new guitars
I played all these guitars thru a crate VTX200

When i record with my mic i usually have the amp as loud as normal talking volume and the mic input pretty high. The tone i get seems somewhat thin and distanced but the high end sounds very good.

Anybody like this band? What are they using to get those extremely badass tones on this song? Those tones are thick and fat without being too muddy or aggresive. Any leads? Thanks dudes.
