I am trying to cut a name and address from one source and then paste them
into excel to create a mailing list. I want to do a couple thousand names
so retyping them is not an option a want to explore. any ideas how I could
do this in excel or access??

To help you get your Excel file arranged properly with all of the
data to print a label coming from a row, see

Don't know if it will help you, but there are several examples
