I have a group of pivots, on on each sheet. The pivots have a page item.
They seem to arbitrarily drop items from the list, even though I know there
is data for the items. The next time I open the file, the missing item might
be back but another one would be missing. There are only 8 possible options,
so it can't be the number of items. I am wondering is this related to the
integrity problems being experienced with Excel 2003, even though I don't get
error messages and it doesn't trash the pivots?

The source is a query in an Access Database. I have checked the data in the
query and all of the items are there with data. If I recreate the table it
will work for a while but I think it may have something to do with the
AutoRecover?

I haven't encountered a similar problem. Although it's targeted to Excel
2002, perhaps the suggestions in the following article will help:
