I have created a drop down list using the Data Validation tool. However i
can not get a title ion the cell or the drop down arrow to always show, any
ideas

Ensure that you have quot;In-cell Dropdownquot; checked.--

The dropdown arrow only shows when the cell is active.
You could add quot;'--Select Name--quot; as the first item in the list, and
choose it as the default entry in the cell.
