i dont know how big your data base is but the combo box from the forms
toolbar will let you select a source list from another work book,but the
other book neds to be open for you to see any thing.The only way i can see is
you copy and paste your list as a quot;paste linkquot; and work your drop downs of
that quot;linked listquot;
