Here is my dillema,
I have a web page that list information that I copy and paste into a
spreadsheet, this data is linked to a cell that specifically pulls certain
cells and puts them in a format that needs to be copied to another
application (end up with 4123432154325645,NYCE,500,Data....), my problem is
that when I copy the data over to excel it is formatting my card info into
X^2 format.(ex 4111555566669999 becomes 4.1115E 15 and shows it as
4111555566669990 on my linked cell, need to show all 16 as is) How do I get
excel to not do this or how else can get the same results. Please Help, this
would be a huge time saver for this group that today has to key it in
manually which causing keying issues
Format the cell as text before you paste.

After you paste the number, change the cell Format to quot;Numberquot;. Don't Forget
to decrease the quot;Decimal Placesquot; to ( 0 ) and make sure the quot;Use 1000
Seperator (,)quot; check box is not checked.quot;Cipquot; wrote:

fields, any idea to keep excel from converting to sciencetific notation, that
