You know how you can view the properties of an Office document? (File |
Properties). Because Excel spreadsheets are passed around from person to
person within an organization or team a lot it would be nice to have
visibility of properties of each cell. When was it last modified and by whom.
Even just the date would be very helpful.

This option is available as of Excel 2000 maybe Excel 97 but not sure.
This option makes the workbook a 'shared' workbook. IMHO, this causes more
problems that it's worth.
