I only want to hide certain columns and then only show the cells in the
column when I use that particular row to avoid the page looking busy, help!


Hi Kylie,
Set up your page with the appropriate columns hidden then press
[alt v v] amp; [add] to set up a custom view eg quot;what I want to seequot;
(details in Excel help). I also set up one with nothing hidden which I
refer to as quot;show all infoquot;, amp; this allows for quick flicking b/n 2 or
more views.

The macro provided at the link below won't help your page look quot;less
busyquot; but it will draw your attention to the row you are on by
highlighting it yellow amp; could be adapted for highlighting columns.
