Will that new seymour pedal Tweak Fuzz sfx02 work as a pickup booster and as a fuzz box? Or does a guy gotta have both cuz they just ain't the saime things.

I've been quietly looking around for an amp in the 'marshall' food group to add to the collection, and after a few days of playing my friend's soldano, I'm thinking of getting one. It just so happens that my local store has a secondhand Hot Rod 50 in stock. Who out there uses/has tried this amp? -i'd like to hear what you think of it.

I've been looking at the Hofner Colorama guitar w/ thw two p-90 setup. Yeah, it's Chinese-made ...but it looks like an idea worth pursuing. Anyone have any experience w/ this axe ?

Hello, I am new to this site, I have a question. I would like to know what other people think of clear Popler as a tone wood. I have heard that companies that were using Alder are slowly shifting to Popler because it is a good sounding wood, light and cost less. Is this true? I would also like to know if it is as dense as Alder and also as hard. Help!!

Since I'll probably never be able to spend $2200 on a new LP standard, I've decided to shop around for a used one. I know Gibson's quality has gradually dropped over the past couple of years, so I was wondering which is a good year to buy a used LP? What years should I avoid?

Found it on ebay. I don't care how collectable it is, or how great it sounds, I wouldn't touch it for five grand.

Now that I've decided my telecaster is my best sounding high gain guitar, I've run into a problem. It hums pretty good heh.Whats a good noise gate that wont kill my tone or my sustain and also wont make me have to sell my soul?
