Ok, so I've got tons of pickups for sale. Any of the problems the pickups have do not affect sound at all.

Well I decided to put one of my guitar back together and start getting some use out of it. Its going to make a good lapslide guitar I feel, but first it needs to get wired up. It has a 1/4 pounder Tele pup in the neck and its going to have a SD '59(n) pup in the bridge (that the only humbucker that I have thats not being used so its going in there)

Hello, I just joined the club. I've been playing since the early 70's Old, Huh? Anyway I am about to put a set of 59's in an American Strat Texas Special. Why you ask? I just want to. I have my Duncans and am waiting on the pick guard. Has anyone tried this? If so how did it sound. I mostly play blues rock but am starting to get into heavier stuff, you know, show tunes. Seriosly, I have started to listen to some metal that I like and want to expand my musical horizons. Ya think this guitar config. will do it? Alan C.

my 2 JBL's look like they need remagnetizing. Would a good amp shop have the equipment to do this?

I own a Marshall JTM60 (the three 10' speaker model) and I think it's brilliant. I'd like to know more about it but it's really hard to find anything on the web. The Marshall site barely mentions it. I know a little about it, when it was built, when they stopped building it, all the problems with overheating which led to the model being discontinued. But I'd still like to find out more. Anyone know anything about this amp or where I can read up on it?

Got my Board populated ready to go ! It's a metroamps MV50watt board going
into a 50watt Pro-tube 50 Laney. Metro gives intructions for installing it into a 100watt Marshall ? And the Laney trannies are color coded different. The Filter caps and fuse holders are different aswell. So I'm kinda lost I've got a post with pics on the Metro board, But that board moves at a snails pace. Anyone here wanna take a look? Hi guys, It says it has a powerful mid and bass response, but what about the hi end? Does it have a enough hi end, or lots of edginess or bite and can it cut thru the mix well?

I got a fairly shoddy, but playable Johnson Bass guitar the other. I've done some technique research/questioning and found the FINGERS amp; PLECTRUM schools of thought. I find plectrum alot more natural than the alternating index amp; middle finger style. Mostly because i play with a plecturm on regular guitar.
