I'm in the midst of a GAS attack, and am asking you to talk me down (yeah, that'll happed) or at least steer me in the right direction.
I'm looking for a small-bodied semi-hollow. At this time, I'm considering the Ibanez Artcore AWD82 or the Squire Masterbuilt thineline tele. Neither are great guitars, but I'm not a great guitarist.

Could someone compare the two? I think I'm going with one of these for the neck position in my RG to replace the '59. I like what I've heard about the AP2, but don't want Slash's tone, which may rule this one out. I like what I've heard about the Seth, but want it to sound good with hi-gain, and know it's a vintage pickup.

I have not tried it yet how do these compare with the DD's?

Ok, so now I've got an offer from a guy who owns an original '67 Deluxe Reverb for 15 000 kroner, which is about the same as for a new '59 bassman RI.

Okay the other day I go buy a hygometer and a humidifier for my guitar. I stick in in the case and it says 34% percent humidity the next morning the same thing. The next day I check it and it is still at 34%. The third day I try add a room humidifier. I check it the next morning both the room and the case are at 34%-36%. So today I add a damp sponge along with the sound hole humidifier. Still nothing has changed. My room humidity and the temp in the room with the guitar has been holding at about 34% humidity and 67 degrees.

To any of you who use a sonic maximizer through in your effects loop like the BBE brand stuff or any other I'd like to hear a clip of it on and off. I was looking into the bbe stuff and well theres no sound clips or anything to compare sounds to.

Maybe this is gonna be my next guitar (after i sold almost a dozen of other guitars...) and i'd like to know what your experiences are.

I am leaning more to the patb-3 for the bridge in my strat. What SC's would work well for the neck and mid. Its a maple neck and I would love to warm it up a bit. Was thinking of the APS-1's.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I was looking for some preamp tubes that could give my BF amps a kick in the mid frequencies when distorting. I've tried mullard RI's, Sovtek LPS is currently in there, i've also tried EH 12ax7's, and a westinghouse.

Singles generally use 250k and hB's 500k.
