I have a 3D column chart with numeric values. My Value (Z) axis scale is
1-Minor, 4-Major, 20-Maximum, 0-Minimum. My highest value isn't really 20.
I need it to reflect an infinite value (a break in the bar). How is that
done? Hopefully my question is clear. Thanks in advance,

If you can use a 2D chart, you will find such effects to be possible:
