I've looked all over the place and can't find this anywhere. We just want to
type numbers such as 020406 and have Excel format as 02/04/06. Can anyone
help please?
Chip Pearson has some code that may help you:
cpearson.com/excel/DateTimeEntry.htm
If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:
www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm

Thanks for your reply, Dave. When I copy and paste the formula at Chip's
site, it doesn't work.

Those are macros.
You'll want to read David McRitchie's intro.
