I just caught a on the grand 'bay.

I was thinking maybe a combination of the V30 and the G12H-30 in the open back 2x12 cabinet,but have the cabinet wired for stereo...Both speakers at 8 ohms a piece? What are you guy's thoughts on the Avatar stuff? Isn't it Jumpmarine that has one of these already? Give me some scoop on this and how it sounds in the mids and lows....???

I made the mistake of ordering a Zebra Neck and a Reverse Zebra Bridge, and in order to get the reverse zebra look I have to flip the neck pickup around so the pole pieces are on the inside for the neck and on the outside for the bridge. APH-1N, and APH-1B

I just relized a friend of mine who I have only heard play maybe 5 times for a very brief time each time, uses a Dimarzio Evolution and he sounds amazing.

If you recall my thread about the Carvin Legacy, I asked for feedback about the Legacy. I was very impressed with what I heard, as well as what I saw on the Carvin DVD, so I called them. My experience with Carvin was nothing less than terrible. The salesman was rude as could be, and I will never buy a Carvin product for as long as I live.

I am thinking about sanding the finish off the neck of my guitar and was wondering in anyone has any tips on how to best accomplish this.

are there two kinds of 59 pick ups ? ie one made for the bridge and another one made for neck.

I've heard that one of the problems with my particular head is the reverb...if that's ALL that ever goes wrong with it, I'll be happy..I hardly use it anyway...

Hey does anyone know if the Epiphone Korina Guitars are solid Korina or just vaneer? What is vaneer? is it like korina? will it have the same tonal qualities and lightness of Korina? thanks

I like how SD lists what woods for the body and fretboard compliments each pickup. I wished EMG did that. Does anyone know of a good reference guide for EMG's regarding the woods? Or maybe even personal experience. Thanks.
