Here's a quick review. I think they were made in the mid to late 1990. 2x10 tube combo, 2 channel and with reverb.
had a Bass, Mid Treb controls shared by each channel. These only boost so when they are all at 0 you get no sound even when the volume is all the way up

Hey guys, I know this may not be the best forum for this thread but I know I would get the most response here, which I need. If anyone here is going by some small chance, are you in the music program? Let me know. And if this thread is closed, I understand, but please don't . Help out a college kid.....

In the next days i'm gonna quot;restorequot; my strat in it's usual shape with 3 single-coils, almost wired traditionally.
But i still like to have 2 additional sounds without changing the look.

How much fret buzz should I tolerate?
O.K. I just bought a ESP DV8-R and really like the lightness and tone from this beast. Now the bad, there was fret buzz like mad when I picked it up. The luthier let out the neck and it helped ever so slightly when I asked him what else could be done he told me the guitar was drop tuned and that was the reason for some of the slop. I had him retune for me and it seemed to help a little. When I got home and checked tuning, he had tuned up to F. I guess he thought I would'nt notice??????!!!! So I took the guitar back and did not even mention it, just to please take another look at it. So I call him today and he says he let out the neck a little more and did not see the big deal about the buzz because after you turn up the amp it goes away!!!! It does'nt go away you just can't hear it over the amp. I called ESP and they tell me some buzz is normal and I agree but not this much. So I ask you guy's how much is to much? Thanks

El Diablo pup in Donegan sig guitar
Dan Donegan of Disturbed has a new washburn signature guitar that has a '59 neck and EL DIABLO bridge. From what I understand this is just a hotter wound Demon with rails right? And is also used by Scott Ian.

Looking for a center speaker
I'm on the hunt for a center speaker to round out my 5.1 setup. If anyone has a Polk Audio CSi25 or CSi30 they want to unload, do tell. I know it's a long shot, but I can't find the damn things anywhere!

Individual Tuning Machine Sales
While searching for parts, I came across a website that sold individual tuners. So you could make up your own sets (3x3, 6 inline, 4x2, etc).

Update on the strat
Just thought I'd update my progress on converting my strat from three singles to dual humbuckers. I have the pickguard in, but don't have access to a drill right now to cut the control holes. I'll be heading home in the next couple of weekends and I'll do it then. I'm also digging up info about getting chrome rings for these Lawrence humbuckers, there's a bit of space around them and I think the rings will look killer. I have a shot w/ black plastic rings and it looks ok, but the black doesn't really jive with the rest of the guitar. If someone described that color scheme to me, I'd probably think poorly of it, but these pictures look nice.
