Is it some brands you trust without looking up and reading reviews, hear if someone have try it etc? I will always use Schaller straplocks and Levy's straps. Ernie Ball strings is something i have started to use recently and i can't see why going back to anything else.
When it come's to more expensive things like instruments, amps etc i want to try before i buy.
Do you trust any company without trying there stuff?
Boss/Roland, Schecter, and of course, . Dean Markley and Planet Waves are in danger of making that list too.
How could i forget,
Pro Analog effects, Clay Jones, Don Grosh guitars, Peterson strobe tuners, Wagner Custom Rewinds and Harmonic Design pickups

Nope.
But if this is supposed to be a quot; What brands are you loyal tooquot; thread;Guitars - Fender. But soon to add Gamp;L and PRS to the list.
Amps - Fender, Mesa
Effects - Boss, Ernie Ball.
Other - THD (Hotplate)On the other end of the scale, Digitech, Dunlop/MXR and EHX have been the only companies that've built something that failed on me (twice each), yet despite that I'll continue to buy Dunlop/MXR and EHX stuff....provided they're suitably cheap.

Nope, gotta try it or read plenty of reviews first.
Rock On
SD and Jackson USA, everything else apart from accessories like string or straps I wanna hold in my hands first if at all possible....
But it´s not blind faith in any way, just having used both for over a decade I´ve developed a strong trust in the products of both... and that trust is hard to gain, but much easier to lose
GHS Boomers 10-42, Fender medium picks, SD pickups and Gibson LPs are the only things I'm religious about. I trust Boss pedals sight unseen for the most part and I haven't been a pedal player in years. They just never let me down.
Pretty much everything else I want to try first and I've taken a lot of stuff back. First impressions are one thing but if something seems hinky I ditch it quick before the real problems set in.
DBX, Aphex, Lexicon, Yamaha, Rocktron, TC Electronics, Crown and Mackie have all made the cut.
boss pedals, dunlop picks, rotosound bass strings, gotoh tuners, SD pickups, neutrik jacks!!
tom
.
Electro Harmonix.
Diamond Pedals(Check these guys out, they rule)
D'addario strings.
Thats it for now, can't think of a certain guitar or amp.
D'addario and Ernie Ball strings. Peavey stuff is usually really good. I'd never buy something without trying it first though.
Carvin.
My experience has been great.
They've pulled through for me every time.
Diodati.
Your talking direct to Pete Diodati.
Can't get any closer to a company than dealing with the owner.
Well so far Marshall and Seymour I got my JTM30 on ebay and I got a Jackhammer and Duncan Custom after recommendations on here.
Fulltone pedals
Gibson
PRS
Bogner
I'd buy without hearing any of those brands........only because the times I did, I was fully satisfied with the quality......yes, even Gibson!
Well, in most ways, is probably the only brand that I can truely put on that list. I usually like to try the product before I buy it, but it's a bit hard to do that with pickups, and the sound samples don't give an exact idea of how they'll sound n your own equipment. Yes, I can always exchange the pickups, but for the most part your buying them a little blindly.
But for brands I'm loyal to, Boss pedals usually. I'll use other brands if I find something I like, but for the most part I'll usually trust what Boss.
PRS as well. I love mine, and every other one I've tried out has been great.
Hmm.
, Rio Grande pickups, Levy's straps, D'Addario strings, Schaller strap locks, Line 6, SKB cases. None of those companies have or will let me down I'm confident.
As far as guitar companies, I don't trust any completely. Ibanez QC has always been very good even on cheap models and I'm having really good experiences with Gamp;L lately.
SD pickups
Fender guitars
GHS amp; Everly Bros. Strings
Fender amp; Mesa/Boogie amps
Boss Effects
Dunlop Picks
Vox Wahs
None boutique, all good durable gear
Jackson all the way
and SD
Musicman guitars
Duncan pickups
As far as strings, straps, etc., most manufacturers arer pretty consistant.
hmmm.. generally i evaluate a product individually instead of by its brand.
