What's with all the knobs and switches? It looks like something from the original Star Trek.
This is a monster... that is crazy these second set of strings coming from the headstock.
But personally I think they should have done thid with a mockingbird. I don't really like this shape.
Is there manual to go with, to explain the use of each switch and knob... The buyer is gonna need it
Search for it. I'm not explaining it again. The whole reason the Bich is shaped like this is for those other 4 tuners.
....needs more switches.
I searched the forum and Google for quot;bc rich bich supremequot;, and I didn't find anything explaining the switching. Can I at least have a hint?
i never really understood why do you need those 4 strings extra??
I would never buy that... way to many dials and stuff for me. I like to keep in simple with a max of 3 controls and a 3way toggle, all that stuffs just way 2 complex, I think you'd waste 2 much time trying 2 figure out that stuff instead of actually playing.
I believe the extra strings are to make chords sound fuller... but I could easily be mistaken...
The switches really arent that complicated. No more so than anyone who puts in a push/pull pot.

unless you bypass everthing and just use one 3-way and a master volume...
It does look very nice, but the price sure reflects that. How much is the street price for a standard US BC Rich these days? I really like the matching headstock, I can't understand why they won't use it more often.
actually its not a b*tch at all to put pickups in with all that connected. It's all connected independantly and you just connect the green/silver and black usual and then the red and white as if it were a coil tap to the two coil tap switches.
i really like that wood and the headstock.....that would be sick in a mockingbird shape, imo
im biased, however, for the mockingbird is the only b.c. rich shape i like......
Thats too damn funny...I saw that yesterday and thought it was so pretty I put it as my avatar!
I want that damn guitar bad...I was at Guitar Center again yester day and played a new NJ Classic bich and it migh have to do until I can afford a quot;big onequot;...if the MIK NJ Classic series is that nice the USA Supremes have got to be amazing guitars!
The USA Supremes are amazing. I've got three. I've never seen action so low with no buzz or fretting out. The tone and playability are astounding.

That is WAY more complicated than a push-pull mod, but at least I kind of understand what's going on now. I still don't get why there are two sets of preamp controls (2 switches and 2 knobs) ... is there a seperate preamp for each pickup?
