I'm thinking about getting a black lp custom (epiphone) but i don't reallyl ike the gold hardware. i have no idea how much the stuff costs or where to get it, but i want to put a black bridge/tailpiece and black tuners on. how much does this stuff cost and where can i get them? any cheap but decent brands you can recommend?

There are a few good sites for that stuff but I can't remember where. Try and If you're going to change hardware though, you might as well upgrade the quality too. Go for a TonePros locking bridge and Sperzel locking tuners.

Get an all black EpI custom LP from MF. They have 3 or 4 different styles to choose from that are all black...

Just be careful when replacing bridges... stud spacing on the epiphone may not work with all the TOM style bridges.

If you go w/ tonepros, they make a metric sized fitting for overseas stuff like Epi's. A black set will usually run about $100. A good set of tuners will run you about another $50
