i've got a maple/maple made in japan tele neck (don't know what year it is. it was a project guitar i bought from someone) that i'd like to trade for one with a rosewood fretboard (a strat neck is fine).
it's C shaped, not too fat, not too thin, but in between. there a few dings, but nothing major. i'll be happy to take pics (though it'll be a couple days before i can get them posted).
there's nothing wrong with the neck, i just think i need a rosewood fretboard on this particular guitar.
let me know if you've got any questions/offers. thanks!
EDIT: some additional info on what i'm looking for: i'd like to trade it for another made in japan fender neck, (be it strat, tele, jazzmaster, whatever) but i'm definitely open to necks made in other parts of the world. i really hate thin necks, so anything medium to fat is what i'm really interested in.
anyone?
Would you want a MIM Deluxe Nashville neck?
This is a rosewood with medium jumbos, Modern C, and 9.5 radious.
Its in excellent condition.
How beat up is yours?
Tuners?
What kind of frets.
Thanks

it isn't beat up at all. there are a couple dings, but nothing bad.
it has grover tuners, but i'll probably just keep those if we trade (you'll keep yours, of course).
i have no idea what kind of frets.
i should be able to get some pics up in a couple days. hopefully that'll be helpful.
give me some time to think about the MIM neck.
I see. I really don't need the tuners since they are vintage ping tuners that come stock.
I'll get some pics and we can proceed.
Thanks
