I'm still having trouble deciding what neck style to go with for my aluminum bodied tele. I'm thinking reverse Strat head or angled Strat head now. Anyone out there have pics of these on a Tele or Strat?
Another question- If I go with a reverse headstock, does that mean I can get away with not drilling for string trees? I'm not a fan of them. I've seen some reverse Strat heads with out trees.
if you get a tilt back headstock you won't need string trees, reverse Fender headstocks kick ass...I won't ever own another Fender guitar w/o a reverse headstock...it looks so ****ing cool!
Wattage has a Tele with a reverse, tilt back Strat headstock...maybe he will post pics!
I know I won't need string trees with the angled headstock, that is why I'm leaning toward it. I looked up a picture of Wattage's Tele and he's got the reverse headstoch, but no string trees. I'm thinking that with the thicker strings being on the far tuners you can get away with it.

Ahhh...it didn't look like a tilt-back headstock.
