I've been woking on putting this thing back together. Found a schematic
got the right tubes in it. It fire's up now but has a loud humming. So it's
fair to say the 40 year old cap needs changing. It's a Multi value can
style with wires coming out of it? The original cap was made by Syncro
(Witch i doubt I'll find) Rated at 150DCV with the following values.
100mF (red wire)
80mF (Blue)
40mF (green)
I can't find the 80 or 40mF caps . So would it be O.K. to sub the 80 w/t
a 100mF and the 40 w/t a 47mF ?
