I'm looking for a smaller practice amp and I've been looking at one of the Pro Juniors. But believe it or not, none of the Fender dealers around me have any in stock.

Any of you guys have any experience with these?? All I'm lookin for is a nice clear fat clean channel. If I want some overdrive, I'll hit it up with a tubescreamer.

I'm open to any other suggestions as well. Just as long as the clean channel is as described above and it's under 400 bones I'm good.

I REALLY need a new practice amp!

should be $299.99 for the pro jr and you can usually do a little better if ya work it.
they sound fine but dont have loads of clean headroom with a hotter guitar.

I own an early Blonde Pro Juinor (Late 90s) Great amp..Has some clean tone at low volume, but mine starts growing some fangs once it gets to about 5 on the volume control...I Like plugging this amp into my Marshall 4x12 w/V30s....This amp really can rock and move some air!

John

I just need something with a good solid clean tone for late night practice.

It's up between the blues jr and pro jr.

Alot of people have liked the overall tone of the Pro Juinor with the 10quot; speaker over the BJ...The Blues JR. gives you reverb,a 12quot; speaker and I think more tone control? Both are great amps, but I'm one of those guys that likes the PJ better...
