ive been trying to fight off the urge to buy a 68 Custom for ages. that didnt help.

Man, those 68's really feel nice. Kind of a cross between a thick 58 neck and a slim tapered 60's. VERY COMFORTABLE...to me.

Most of them weigh a ton (usually around the 10 lbs mark, i know, not 2000lbs), which is my biggest drawback. They also have those fat fret wires, like on the Black Beauties....plays like butta!

that 68CA is THE ONE,if I were gonna buy an LP today, I would go on a hunt for one of those!!!
