I've done enough research to see I think this is the head I want. Now, I'm going to get an Avatar 2 x 12 cabinet but I'm not sure what speakers or mix of speakers to get. Anyone have a good idea what speakers sound good with this head?

I'd imagine the Eminence M12s would be a good match since they were designed for modeling amps. Cheap too!

I may be wrong, but i believe that in the Higher range valvetronix combos use vintage 30s. If this is the case, it may be worth getting them, as it is likely that Vox use them when designing the models, or that the models are fin tuned with them in mind.

try a celestion Hellatone 30/60 combo...!?

basically a v30 and g12 already broken in...that's the cab i'm gonna get when i get the $$$!

Nope, they use those Neodysomethingorother speakers.

I have the same head and I'm loving the AD 2X12 Vox cab with the Neo-Dogs...Perfect match both in tone and cosmetics.
