are U shaped necks the same thing as V shaped necks?
or are they different?
I really like the necks on the Tele thinlines (the ones with 2 humbuckers) and I guess they are a U shape.
u necks are rounder. V shapes have a really really subtle point on them and are very well rounded. It's pretty much like drawing a triangle, but giving 2 of the sides a healthy radius curve. I like the V's alot, my strat is a V

Last friday at GC I compared the Thinlines neck to a standard MIM tele neck and the Thinline's felt bigger and more comfy.
