Yessir, my new JJs showed up at the house today. A matched octet of 6L6s and 3 balanced EEC83s for the front end along with the high gain set (5) of EEC83s for the Triaxis.

My wife could care less about all that glass but she really got excitied about the box and popcorn.

Time to gut a couple of racks!

i got JJ EL34s about a month ago, theyre amazing

I opened up a couple boxes of JJs I had lying around. There were 3 of the new ECC803 Ss, a pair of EL84s, and a quad of the 6L6s that I plan to try in a new amp, if things work out in the next couple of days.

yes, I love that warm golden glow of new tubes.
