Just be honest i'm playing a simple riff, i just want you to judge the tone. (for metal)

This one:
from : localhost/anibalnet.nl/hc/test.mp3

Or this:
from : localhost/anibalnet.nl/hc/test2.mp3

Any idea wich humbuckers i did use for this ? wich one do you like the most ?

I thought it was too muddy.
It sounded as though it was too much for the mic, so that might be it.

I don't really have a preference over either of them.

I like the second one better.. the first one is too boomy for me and me subwoofer.. (and me neighbours)

Do you guys think i recorded at too high volume ?

I think the tone of test2 is pretty cool, but the recording is crap :/

I Like The Second One....

But You Could Record Both Together And It Would Sound Evil...

Just Remember To Watch Levels, Also Try Recording One Side Dry
No Efects Lets Just Say On The (r) Right Side And On The Left(l) Have The
Guitar With Effects.

You Could Even Do That With The Two Demos. Place Demo #1 On The Left Side And #2 On The Right. And See How That Works. Chris
