First truss rod adjustment! I've been playing for 4 months but I'm totally broke so I decided I should go for it myself. I grabbed a lot advise, notably on this board (you know who you guys are) and I went for it. Proper screwdriver, a quarter turn loosening it, tuning, let it rest half an hour...
I picked it up and all buzz when played open is gone! After the last set up there was some buzzing on the open G string but even that is gone now. There still is very little when I fret after the 12th fret and going up, but it's negligible.
I still can't slide my .60 dunlop pick between the 7th and 9th fret when measuring relief but I can slide my .10 string so I guess I have enough. The curvature is barely seeable by eye so I guess I didn't turn too much
I just wanted to share a moment of happyness and proudness.
