An ancillary question to DGK's question about active wiring.
What are the differences with changing my active pups to passive humbucker? What exactly would I have to change?
In particular, going from a pair of Live Wires to Custom Custom and Alnico 2 pro.
youll need 500k pots and a mono jack to make the switch. you could use the stereo jack if you wanted but i find its best to keep the stereo with the active pups for later use
