I always dreamth of having a piëzo pick up in my floydrose .

I know that Ibanez has some guitar series that have them , I asked them about it , and they told me that it is not possible to order a floyd like this or the parts , they are Ibanez pattented and if you have trouble with it , you have to bring it to a licensed Ibanez repairman to fix it .
And I am a lefty , and lefth piëzo floyds they don´t make.

And to buy a righthanded Ibanez just to have a floyd and trow the rest of it in the trash , my wallet isn´t that big .

So I was thinking maybe one of you pup wizzards tried it ????Greetz

Why not buy the Ibanez guitar with the piezo Floyd, then buy another 'standard' Floyd, and swap the two trems. Then sell the guitar with the regular Floyd and keep the piezo vresion?

I think you would have to put it in another Ibanez though. If I'm not mistaken Floyd Rose builds (licenses, whatever) special trems for Ibanez that are a different radius than standard Floyds, so check it out before you buy!

That is an option but ....

I just would need the saddles thats all , and they would have to fit a lefty original floyd .

But I believe those models are pretty expensive , and there comes my moaning wallet in .
