well im getting sick of the tuning headaches with my jackson rx10d and was down at Daves guitar shop and they have a gotoh floyd rose bridge with everything including nut for $125. So my question is is it a good floyd copy and can it be dropped in without any modifications done to the guitar
I don't know if it can be dropped in without mods, but I have a custom strat with a gotoh floyd, and the quality is excellent. 13 years plus of rock solid tuning and no parts replacements. Overall construction and quality is equal to the OFR, plus it has a couple of improvements, in the shape of the very cool push in, tension adjustable bar and the angled tuners. Used on Ernie Ball musicman guitars.
I think it's a relatively fair price for one-I've seen them for a bit less 100-110 or so??. They are solid and once you figure them out, you can kiss your tuning woes goodbye. Dave's is a good shop (I'm not the quot;Davequot; in quot;Dave's Guitar Sopquot; BTW) and you can pretty much bank on some good service. I used to live around there and they were the standard place to go to.

p.s. Take a drive up to Willie's Vintage Guitars in St. Paul-worth the 3 hrs from PDC!
THanks guys yeah i live in lacrosse now so to go to daves is no big deal anymore . Im not even five minutes away from the place so ill probably take my guitar down there and have them put it in. less headaches for me
