i need an amp to practice in my room. it has to sound good at low volumes. i like everything to zeppelin to petty to the newer incubus stuff. would you tell me which amp, and/or a pedal to get. the fender ultimate chorus just isnt doing it for me when distorted or in overdrive.
Check out the Tech 21 Trademark 10 . I have the Trademark 60 and it sounds great at any volume. They really are remarkable amps - great tones, great features, very well built and not too expensive.
I'll 2nd the TM10...or get a TECH21 Tri-AC, which is basically the TM10 in a pedal. You can use your current amp amp; the TM10 options would now be footswitchable; no footswitch with the TM10 makes it a little annoying.
