imo, i very much prefer the 85 in the bridge and 81 in the neck. they balance better tonally. not sure why zw actually uses the 81 in the bridge and 85 in the neck though.

oh oh ohharras EMG so they make a 707 version for the 6 string guitars.. and call it an 83

i'm more partial to it being called the 666

I've emailed them about it, I'm dying for a 707 in 6 string form. The pickup just has so much growl and low end raunch, it's like the Bogner of pickups.

That said, I'm most likely going to just route out my 6 string for one and throw it in.

i'm realy curious as to how that would look..

I hope they do make a 6 string version I'd be all over it. BTW what does the 707 use for a mag? Is it a crossbreed deal?
