That's a pretty good description.
Still no sound clips anywhere of it. Anyone have some?

1 great description...
A Dimebucker or the 500XL will be my next purchase. Got to get another axe though. My EMG 85 is perfect for my style right now. I'll post some clips on that one soon by a crude tone sucking method none the less.
I wana hear a dimebucker/500XL sound test.
I wana hear them both like in the seymour duncan cd.

I have a BL L-500XL in an Alder Body strat, and have another alder body strat currently with no humbucker, I am considering the Dimebucker. If I do install the Dimebucker I will compare them and post clips and reviews for you all.
Rock On
