Just curious to know where we stand in the rig config department.
I see no option for
sh|t--gt;dist. pedal--gt;delay--gt;sh|t
what gives???Guitar-gt;Amp w/footswitch. Depending on how I feel, Guitar-gt;GE-7-gt;Amp w/footswitch.
Great guitar --gt; POD 2.0 --gt; Peavey envoy 40
I guess it's pretty decent actually. For the budget I had I couldn't have done better (though the POD was a little extra to satisfy the amp GAS)
Guitar --gt; Vintage Rat --gt; Chorus ---gt; cube15

what gives???Hahaha dont worry, your rig will improve with time! I started with a Peavey Rage 158 too! I used that in my first band and competed with a drummer and the bassist had a Peavey head and 1x15 cab. It was good times!

ya, but the question is: quot;how long will that time be?quot; I'm(planing) on working my ass off this summer for a 50 watt tube head and cab. My friend is getting a drumset, so im gonna be me first band! w00t!!! w00t!!!
ive got guitar --gt; amp w/footswitch.
i guess an avt50 is high gain? i only occasionally use my wah wah pedal. its not true bypass so its only plugged in when im gonna use it.
guitar --gt; high gain amp with footswitch (i got a few pedals, but 80% of the time i just go straight into the amp)

That was only because i refused to spend money on rent for just myself so I paid it to my parents. Had lots left over for toys.
I prefer to go guitar, channel switching amp. Vintage to moderate high gain, JCM 800 range. I'm starting to incorporate a few pedals, especially the Spina modded GE-7 I just got....it's intregal to my tone now. In my view, less is more.
guitar --gt; too many pedals --gt; amp with too many buttons and channels and footswitch buttons.
