On thease new matched sets that Seymour has just released, do they only come in one color scheme? I want the JB/59 combo for my newest Jackson, but I check a couple online dealers and they only have solid black. I wanted the neck pup to be zebra, yeh, I'm one of those guys who is just that picky. I ordered the pickups from my local dealer but it may take a month for them to get here! CRAPOLA!!!!
Thanks guys
The sets thing is kind of an experiment with us. At this point, we have only released five sets and each is only available in one color combination. We'll see how popular they are. If we've hit a home run with this then you can bet we'll expand them in the future with more models and more options.
Thanks for the feedback.
Get a hold of Lew and order the 59/JB in any colors you want.

I'm also kinda interested in the different colors thing. Also to have the bridge pickups trem-spaced. I've noticed that they cost about $20 less than buying each one individually, but I've always needed a trem-spaced bridge pickup, and have wanted zebras, so I've never gone for them.
Good to see you guys experimenting with different options though.

I'm in the same boat with you. I'll be needing a Mayhem set for my Patriot fairly soon, but the bridge must be tremspaced, and they must be zebra's.
But it would be nice to save a few sheckles on a set.
The 5 sets are A Vintage Blues Set which consists of a calibrated pair of SH-1 59's.
A Hot Rodded Humbucker set which consists of a Jazz neck and a JB for the bridge.
A Distortion Mayhem set which consists of two SH-6 Duncan Distortion Humbuckers for the neck and bridge positions.
A California 50's set which is a calibrated and matched set of SSL-1 Vintage Staggered pickups for Strat.
and last is a Everything Axe set which is a JB jr for the bridge position, a Duckbucker for the middle position, and a little 59 for the neck position.

These are the 5 sets that are available:
- Vintage Blues™ Set – is made up of a pair of calibrated SH-1 ’59 Model pickups for the neck and bridge positions. This set is based on the vintage P.A.F. humbuckers of the late ‘50s and is perfect for blues, jazz, and classic rock.
- Hot Rodded Humbucker™ Set – matches an SH-2n Jazz Model for the neck position with and an SH-4 JB Model for the bridge position. This is Seymour’s favorite humbucker set and is widely used for everything from aggressive blues-rock to metal.
- Distortion Mayhem™ Set – includes a duo of SH-6 Duncan Distortion humbuckers for the neck and bridge positions. This is an aggressive youth-oriented set, which was designed for the heaviest punk, metal, and hardcore guitar tones.
- California ‘50s™ Set – is a matched and calibrated set of SSL-1 Vintage Staggered pickups for Stratocaster® guitars. The pickups are authentic ‘50s reproduction Alnico 5 vintage single coils, and work great for surf, Country, blues and classic rock.
- Everything Axe™ Set – combines an SJBJ-1b JB Jr. for the bridge position with an SDBR-1n Duckbucker and SL59-1n Little ’59 for the middle and neck positions. This is an extremely versatile set that will coax everything from vintage to heavy tones from a Stratocaster. It works with all musical styles, and each of the pickups is hum canceling.
