I've got a 72' telecaster thinline model, my biggest complaint is the toggle switch, if it is switched to a rythm position it is easily changed to a treble with downstrokes... so i've gotten a gibson L type toggle switch so it can be more out of the way when playing... what i need to know is what kind of wiring diagram am i gonna need to take to this guy who is doing the soddering for me? he has never wired a L type toggle switch
i was looking in the diagrams on the seymour main page with the 2 humbuckers 1 tone 1 volume 3way switch
is that the diagram i need??? all help is much appreciated
thanks in advance

There shouldn't be a problem with the wiring. If I understand the parts correctly the pins are the same,it's just the design that is different.
You shouldn't need to move the parts around, unless you want to.
