I just scored a Mesa Stereo 50:50 poweramp, REALLY cheap (trust me, you DON´T want to know how cheap, you´ll kill yourself), only thing wrong is :No tubes

I have a Marshall EL34 100/100 power amp, and that thing is a BEAST. I'm sure you will have similar results using the 50:50. Are you going to use your V-Twin as a preamp going into it?

It will likely see use already next week, current plans are 2 different sets of 6L6 tubes and 2 different 4x12s in the mid-term, one for the punch and one for the cut, take one side of the quot;to guitar ampquot; output and one off the quot;to power ampquot; jack (one is voiced brighter, IIRC the Poweramp one...)

I will add that I have not EVER seen a better deal outside of flea markets and yard sales where people have no idea what they have. He on the other hand knew exactly what he has, as did I, but he needed cash ASAP... Maybe....But not the NASA COntrol Center I used to have.....Right now It would be a good tuner (i shouldn´t have sold my petersen, but I needed the cash ), the 50:50, and my V-Twin in a clamp... maybe add on a good effects unit and a Furman sometime in the future..... so maybe 8-10 HE max

BTW, since now I´m starting to want to say how much it was (I want even Gearjoneser to be envious of the score): for the 350 USD stated I get the amp, the new el-34s for my Marshall, a new 8 HE Rack and the Rack-clamp for the V-twin, and still have a bit of change left.... THAT`S how cheap I got it
