i rocked out for a good 2 hours and man am i ever happy with this amp, have not yet cranked it cause i have to wait for my Granny to leave somewhere so i dont annoy her.

but the amp sounds alot better then when i tried it in the store, the crunch channel has a bit more gain then i thought and the ultra and clean channels kick ass too.

This amp is alot like the XXX except on the JSX i find all the channels useable rather then the XXX and its Ultra channel, but thats my opinion and some people like the ultra channel on the XXX... anyways im rambling on, but i love my amp!! just had to say something.

Killer! What cabinet are you using it with?

I'm jealous. I want a metal rig so bad!

Sounds cool. Just wait till you crank it on a good 4-12 w/Vin 30's! An amp like that doesn't even hit it's stride till it's on 4-7 in a place where you can really hear it wide open.

I would love to hear the JSX thru a vintage reissue Marshall cab as i hear the JSX's rythym channel is based on a modded Marshall sound....
