This is a Tom anderson Classic model i.e. with 3 vintage single coil pickups.
This was recorded with the Anderson straight into my Engl Screamer. Delay was added later:
from : localhost/me for the cheesy backing.
Added Nov 4:
And here's a clip at higher gain with a Tube Screamer in front of the Engl:

Woah nice nice strat Marin.
I like the quot;cheesequot; backing though
Smooth..
The Engl Screamer is such a cool amp.. you can get tones like this ^ nice clean clean tones, as well as a pretty good metal tone out of it.
Great playing! I like how you've got that Anderson set up with the trem, rather than blocking it down. I dunno why, but I like your sound better with single coils because it sounds more open and bluesy, and less jazz fusiony. Just my taste though, I guess. Some great phrases in that tune!
very cool love the trem work very BECK !! nice tone that engl sounds nice .
Yeah!
Sweet playing, I really liked that clip. Nice phrasing, and that Engl never fails to impress. Wouldn't mind an Anderson Strat, either.

I have recently put a Fender Twin-type Jensen C12N speaker into it with interesting results. I was just about to buy a Fender amp, but I have changed my mind for now. The screamer sounds like a Fender on steroids at low volumes (which important for playing at home).

thanks to everyone for listening.
I rather liked that backtrack Marin...did you make it??

I've come to the same conclusion as you, regarding pickups. After going through quite a few Duncans, I'm starting to think I could spend my life using nothing but Antiquity I amp; II singles, and Seths or 59's. Purity and Perfection!
anderson's are quality guitars! theyre built right around where i live, say a couple miles or so. i haven't see the plant yet tho, i guesss i should pay a visit to it over there.-stevie
Very nice-I totally admire your playing style. It's so expressive and dynamic-and never sounds the same!!!!
12 bar blues anyone???
