Or would you guys rather spend the money on a laste 70's Silverface?Angelo.
Get an early version SF. One that does not have a MAster volume. Years to consider would be a '67,'68;or'69. If my memory serves me correctly I believe Fender added the Master volume in '71? I am not certain, but the early version SF has the same circuit as the Bf did. Good choice in amp and they are reasonable.
Buying an original 60's Twin Reverb is proly out of my price range... It's either a RI or a late 70's silverface (similar in price range)
The reason I am leaning towards a 70's SF is because of the better resale value. Although I wouldn't plan on selling it, it might be a better buy...
Go for the Earlier version..... They sound better. If you go with the newer one you wont be as happy with it. I have had both. The arelier versions flat out blow the late 70's out of the water.

If that's the case, I might as well pick up a 60's RI???
Angelo.
