Hey all, I've been looking for some new pickups for my Godin Freeway Classic.

I usually play with lots and lots of cleans, but i can definately use something to boost my tubescreamer's overdrive. My tone that I look for is usually in the middle between mids and treble, and leaning farther toward mids, with a warm WARM tone. I've been looking at the Duncan JB model as a humbucker (and possibly a Jazz in the Neck?), but I need a few other suggestions.

My guitar has 2 humbuckers and a single coil in the middle.

for the HB's get the ALNICO 2 PRO/CC combo - will work well in a Godin I think

welcome to the forum.

i second olin's suggestion. custom custom and alnico 2 pro combo. mids galore! do consider the seth lover in the neck too.

I say a vintage rails in the middle and 59 in the neck. The vintage rails gives big mids and a nice high peak in your highs. Also the 59 is a smoker with any distortion but especially with a tube screamer. The 59 will also give you a round overall clean sound with even more mids.
