Gotta say that even the small amps from Vox are pretty kick a*s.I didn't think much when I first saw them but after trying a couple I'm sold.
I have the ad50vt and I love it!
I forget the model I was looking at,but it was under $150.00 Cdn and it's tone was great for a strat.Usually the smaller cheaper amps make clean strats sound mushy but this one was clean and crisp sounding.Then it sounded great with a baritone.Overdrive was kife,but that's why the Toa invented Tubescreamers.
