I got this sucker last week...it's amazing!!!!!! It feels and sounds like no guitar I've ever played. If you're considering a PRS Singlegut, do yourself a favor and try a McNaught first. This guitar would cost $10,000 if it had the PRS badge.

Here are some pics:

Niiiiice!

DMAN! That's sweet.

i've played one of his guitars before- but it was, without a doubt, the heaviest guitar I have ever played- maybe 12-13 lbs...so, there is no way i would consider it, if I could even afford it.

saweeeeeeeeeeeeeet score , JB.

really? i wonder what the deal was with the one I tried...at 6.5 lbs, I think it would be awesome.

That thing is spectacular. I love the wood neck binding, and the headstock is cool.
I'm sure it set you back a few bux!

Don't be like most weenies who buy boutique guitars, then are too afraid to damage it, so they put it in the closet. Play that sucka till it's worn in like a good pair of jeans, and make it your #1 player for years!

If its actually the quot;BESTquot; singlecut then they should be recieving a lawsuit by now.

That is a sweet axe with a killer top! Congrats!!!

Wow, nice!

Holy lord...look at that gorgeous neck and binding. That guitar is beautiful!

I've always known these guitars were one of the prettiest single cuts around, but now that I know they're awesome players I need to get me one. Darn it, new amp first

Beautiful guitar! My Phoenix has been my main gigging guitar since I got it 3 years ago. Mine also is about 6 1/2 to 7 pounds and is probably my all time favorite guitar in 40 years of playing. There's something about the shape of his necks that makes them play effortlessly. Major congrats. I've owned 4 high end PRS guitars including an Artist 2 but for me, McNaught is #1.

Thanks guys! The pics do not do the flame maple binding or the brazilian rosewood board any justice. You really need to play this guitar to appreciate it. It has a 24.75 scale and a slight v shape to the neck. The cutaway gives you easier access to the higher frets than a LP, that's for sure.

Oh, I forgot to add, that guitar is definately awesome.

It's funny....its gotten so I can damned near tell Brazilian rosewood by the smell of it.

Gorgeous top on it as well.

But man....that headstock....it's like seeing a corporate logo on the quot;Mona Lisa.quot;

stunning guitar!!! has to be one of the nicest tops I have ever seen period!

wow.... how much do they generally go for?
