Well, my b-day is friday 15th, my wife organized a party for me yesterday evening... and I got a nice 335!

It is, of course, an Epiphone DOT... but probably one of the best that has landed in my area for a long time... never been a fan of DOTs, colors were awful (lipstick red, seafoam green) and they had major finish flaws... BUT this one is a completely different thing, it has a deep wine red stain (still called quot;cherry redquot;?), a very nice wood grain and the finish job is awesome. A particular detail : it is one of the new models made in China. They are definitely steps ahead from the korean-made Epis... my bandmate who work at the music store choose that one in the lot, it was the best one.

The more I play it, the more I love it!
