Ok because of my room limitations and electrical outlets i had to use two power bars type of things. One goes into the outlet which isnt really apower bar, its more of a plug on its own that offers 6 extra plugs. yes it has 2 ground plugs so it is grounded. Then i stuck another power bar into it which also has a ground plug to power my amp and pedals. One do i have ground if im doing it like this? Two am i going to overload anything by using all of these things? I dont know that much about electricity and stuff, so it would be really helpful. Its just a ten watt amp and two boss pedals im runing through the seocnd power bar btw.

The question of quot;overloadquot; isn't really how many items you have, but how much they draw. An amp and 50 pedals probably won't be a problem. Its when you do a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave that problems occur.

As long as your outlet adaptor is at least three-prong, and the additional outlet strip is three-prong, you should be good to go.

To be safe, I have one of these outlet testers as part of my quot;must havequot; gizmo's.
