It's not well known but even Pete Townshend had praise for Hamers... Pete had a few Hamers and Yamaha's at one time but never used them outside the studio..... Pete once said in 1979 or 80 that he does not know why he uses the Les Pauls as there is many other makers like Hamer and Yamaha that make a better guitar then Gibson did (at that time period)

Great Pics! Didn't know Adrian Smith Played Hamers, what band is that? The Judas Priest V looks to have a scalloped f-board and some custom switching too.
What other heros play these guitars? I'm only familiar with the current crop from the website.

GSI've got no clue about current people really...I don't listen to any current music...
The pics are just some jam at a blues club in Chicago believe it or not.And Joe, LOL Gary did at least...Michael's out of his mind...not that there is anything wrong with Dean....he's just out of his mind Adrian plays Fenders and pulls out the gibby on occasion I believe?
